Walter Draycott was trained as a military topographer, tasked with providing minutely precise drawings of significant battle fields. He kept a number of his original drawings, and after the War, arranged to have them printed, with added commentary. He also collected maps and air reconnaissance photos of the areas through which his unit travelled. Explore these, and other related maps from NVMA holdings, as they are posted here.
