Arr. at Talmas 3:30 PM.  9th Bde just passing thro\u2019 on to Rubempre and saw Lieut. Machiel, who gave me news of Pte Hines (100 9)[?] committing suicide on march.  Met cousin Tom Draycot in good health &#038; spirits is in No. 1 Platoon H Coy.  On to Herrisart to 7th Bde.
