Leave @ 5 pm for Waterloo. Leave Waterloo for Egham @ 6.12. Arr. Egham 7.35 pm. Receive letter from Probate Registry Leicester giving me permission to search documents. Also one from Archdeaconry of Leicester to search Bishop\u2019s transcripts at a fee of 10\/- a day.
