To spend more time in Vancouver´s north shore mountains, and less time getting there and back, mountaineering enthusiasts built a communal cabin on Grouse Mountain. It took seven summer weekends for B.C. Mountaineering club members working together to complete most of the structure – men cutting and shaping logs, while women packed supplies and cooked.
