Vancouver Vista

The view over the city of Vancouver from Grouse Mountain at night is spectacular. The cabin built by the B.C. Mountaineering Club in 1927 was sited so that the deck across the front would offer a sweeping perspective of the city, day and night. This 1936 photograph gives a glimpse of the nighttime vista over the Vancouver of that time.
