Matrimonial Club

It’s plain to see why, in the early days, the B.C. Mountaineering Club was sometimes called the “Matrimonial Club.” This group is celebrating a successful climb to the top of Mount Dickens in the summer of 1908. The mountaineers welcomed people from all walks of life who shared a desire to enjoy the outdoors and the friendships found there.
